• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to lead the annual strategic planning process, quarterly OKR refreshes, and company-wide business reviews. • Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability. • Facilitate strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and structured frameworks. • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with defined success metrics. • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to prioritize initiatives, manage time, and streamline communications. • Anticipate the CEO’s needs by proactively identifying priorities, decisions, and information required for effective leadership. • Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor updates, and internal communications. • Manage executive communications and ensure message consistency across internal and external audiences. • Support M&A and other corporate development efforts as needed. • Own the company’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings, company-wide Tag-Ups, quarterly planning, and board prep. • Develop frameworks for tracking strategic initiative performance and ensuring accountability across teams. • Implement tools and dashboards to provide visibility into progress against OKRs and operational KPIs. • Drive alignment and follow-through across departments, surfacing blockers and escalating risks proactively. • Identify and solve operational inefficiencies that hinder execution and growth. • Champion Seeq’s culture by modeling values of transparency, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Serve as a connector across teams to ensure communication flows efficiently and decisions are clearly cascaded. • Serve as a confidential sounding board and proxy for the CEO when appropriate.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders—including the CEO and Board.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High EQ and executive presence, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Background in scaling organizations through major growth inflection points (e.g., $100M to $250M ARR).
- Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a high-visibility capacity.
- MBA or advanced business education preferred.

JerseySTEM is looking for a Department Head who can help us establish and manage the infrastructure to effectively and efficiently access this stream of funding for JerseySTEM. - Implement best practices in Grant Research, Writing and Management - Manage a team of Grant Researchers and Grant Writers - Investigate and evaluate JerseySTEM’s, and other organizations’, process for applying for grants. - Make recommendations regarding requirements to create and implement an improved process. - Make recommendations regarding creating a robust and self-sustaining team - Work with the human resources group to identify and on-board volunteers with the requisite skills. - Monitor and guide the team’s efforts. - Attend virtual team meetings once a week - Report to the board on team’s performance and provide recommendations on team structure and operational management, as well as on-going potential further improvements.
