• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects under your responsibility in accordance with PMO standards. • Lead project planning, progress and closing meetings. • Prepare and keep project management artifacts up to date, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, communications and project controls. • Ensure alignment across all areas involved in the projects. • Monitor delivery execution with a focus on value generation, change control, communication, negotiation and risk management. • Provide periodic reports to the PMO and stakeholders, including status reports, metrics and lessons learned. • Support the evolution of project management maturity within the organization by contributing best practices and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience in project management across all phases, from planning through control and closure.
  • Knowledge of predictive (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Experience working with processes.
  • Strong planning, monitoring and organizational skills for projects.
  • Experience in change management and risk management.
  • Basic knowledge of information technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • It will be a plus if you have:
  • Experience working in a formal PMO structure.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Participation in initiatives to increase project management maturity.
  • Certifications in project management or agile methodologies.

Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduler II who will be responsible for collecting and analyzing information used to schedule complex, multidisciplinary construction, and major equipment installation projects. Hybrid or remote work arrangement will be considered. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - 130,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
