• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to engage prospective clients • Conduct thorough research to personalize outreach and demonstrate relevance to each target account and persona • Qualify leads using structured criteria and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives • Achieve or exceed KPIs, including meetings held, pipeline generated, and outreach activity levels • Maintain CRM hygiene with precision, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities and lead progression • Continuously test and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and tactics to improve results • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Enablement, RevOps) to share best practices and drive team success • Participate in coaching, training, and peer-learning initiatives to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications - Passion for and commitment to Latino civic engagement, democracy, our policy priorities and MFV/MFA’s mission. - 10+ years of experience in fundraising, with demonstrated success in a $10M+ organization; c3/c4 experience strongly preferred. - Proven track record securing major gifts, institutional funding, philanthropy, and multi-year commitments. - Experience managing and developing staff; strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to motivate teams. - Exceptional relationship-builder with strong communication, listening, and storytelling skills. - Deep understanding of political, advocacy, or movement-building organizations (organizing experience a plus). - Demonstrated racial equity, gender equity, and social justice commitment in leadership practice. - Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills; comfort representing the organization publicly. - Experience working with a President/CEO and Board on fundraising strategies. - Ability to travel 20% of the time, including cross-country donor visits and in-person convenings. - Impeccable discretion and judgment when handling sensitive donor information.
