WOW Remote Teams

• Follow up with inbound and warm leads via phone, text, and email • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through appointment scheduling • Answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospects toward informed decisions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system • Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams • Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and trust at all times • Communicate professionally and empathetically with prospective patients

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort engaging with warm leads and conducting follow-up conversations
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations while staying organized
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proven ability to close or advance leads through a consultative approach
  • Charismatic and confident communication style
