Business Operations Partner

VIZX International

• Act as the primary support and strategic partner to the business owner. • Manage calendars, meetings, priorities, and business communications. • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates. • Anticipate challenges and proactively recommend solutions. • Oversee daily business operations and ensure processes run efficiently. • Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems. • Monitor KPIs and operational performance. • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of business goals. • Lead projects from planning through execution and completion. • Establish timelines, milestones, and accountability measures. • Manage resources and ensure projects are delivered on time. • Identify risks and proactively resolve roadblocks. • Lead and manage remote team members across various functions. • Conduct regular check-ins, performance monitoring, and coaching. • Foster accountability, productivity, and a high-performance culture. • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and team development when necessary. • Support and manage e-commerce initiatives and online business operations. • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, fulfillment, and product teams. • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and customer experience. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Executive Assistance, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing remote teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with e-commerce businesses.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership presence with the confidence to make decisions and drive accountability.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira.
  • Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and business reporting.
  • Background supporting founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams.

The Business Director AMEA will join a global, multi-site business unit that designs and manufactures uninterruptible power systems for critical industrial applications.
