• Drive product adoption across Nova Scotia's automotive dealership network • Identify, onboard, and develop dealer relationships that deliver lasting results • Report directly on territory performance
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies
- Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel
- Prior experience selling F&I products, extended warranties, or embedded insurance solutions (Bonus Points)
- Established relationships within Ontario’s automotive dealership community (Bonus Points)
- Experience supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing programs (Bonus Points)
- Background in training dealership staff across F&I and service departments (Bonus Points)
- Familiarity with provincial regulatory requirements affecting dealership operations (Bonus Points)
- Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand (Bonus Points)
