Territory Manager

Optiom

• Drive product adoption across Nova Scotia's automotive dealership network • Identify, onboard, and develop dealer relationships that deliver lasting results • Report directly on territory performance

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel
  • Prior experience selling F&I products, extended warranties, or embedded insurance solutions (Bonus Points)
  • Established relationships within Ontario’s automotive dealership community (Bonus Points)
  • Experience supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing programs (Bonus Points)
  • Background in training dealership staff across F&I and service departments (Bonus Points)
  • Familiarity with provincial regulatory requirements affecting dealership operations (Bonus Points)
  • Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand (Bonus Points)
