• Develop a global capital strategy across APAC sites aligning with commercial and supply chain strategies. • Partner with Business teams to develop new programs supporting the organization's strategic direction and enabling business growth. • Review project objectives, design, schedules & cost estimates for completeness and feasibility. • Assist in business case development, manage programs for optimal return on investment. • Review engineering and construction packages for completeness and constructability, ensure all standards and required specifications are followed. • Drive consistency and best practices across the regional team. • Drive equipment standardization and spare part sharing across the regional team. • Ensure adequate project staffing, utilizing contractors and 3rd parties as appropriate. • Partner with EH&S to understand safety requirements, ensure adherence and rollout of new programs. • Prioritize projects based on various factors such as safety, program risk, financial return, etc. • Manage regional cashflow forecasting, prepare budgets and evaluate other financial metrics/ KPIs. • Evaluate opportunities for automation, improved sustainability, and other process enhancements. • Lead a regionall team managing across functions with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. • Leverage learnings across functions and regions, highlight successes and areas for quick wins.

• Provide functional expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement solutions using Workday, focusing on Compensation and Advanced Compensation management modules • Supporting the Workday Compensation capability area, with opportunities to contribute to HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting • Partnering with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team to design and deploy complex global annual merit and bonus cycles • Analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering functional modifications and enhancements to Workday HR systems/tools • Serving as a Workday SME, actively participating in Workday Releases and staying ahead of new features • Managing annual compensation administration, including merit and incentive processes, and ensuring system/data interfaces are optimized • Maintaining salary administration, including job structure, total compensation structure, eligibility, communication, and training • Configuring, testing, and administering annual processes in Workday (e.g., Performance Reviews, Compensation cycles) • Creating and maintaining dashboards for business leaders • Auditing system data for accuracy and serving as the primary reviewer for data entry • Proactively planning and coordinating departmental preparations for major system updates • Acting as the main support contact for user questions and taking ownership of identified issues • Translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and identifying solutions for Workday product gaps • Providing global coverage, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions

• Capture and refine information security requirements • Ensure requirements are effectively integrated into IT products and information systems through purposeful security architecting, design, development, and configuration • Employ best practices when implementing security controls within an information system • Coordinate security-related activities with various positions • Support systems and maintain DoD IAT Level 2 certification • Conduct code review to find and fix mistakes and flaws • Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality of comments, and consistency of overall design • Manage web-based applications for software lifecycle management

• Contribute to the conceptualization and feature documentation of new ideas and product enhancements • Build and extend interactive React applications that will be used by tens of thousands of veterinary purchasers, corporate hospital groups owners, and animal health manufacturers • Add good test coverage • Building reusable components for use by the larger team • Implement new features into our React Native applications • Work directly with our CTO and engineering team, as well as across other functions to continuously evolve our platform and products
