• Develop and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment. • Communicate program objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines. • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget constraints. • Establish and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet specified standards. • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are thoroughly evaluated and documented. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned. • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager II or in a similar role, with a focus on systems, product, or program configuration.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects, ideally in startup or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with Webhooks, understanding of API architecture, design, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills.
