If you enjoy traveling, this role offers the chance to explore different neighborhoods, cities, and regions within your designated territory. The Field Admissions Representatives finds passionate and motivated students who have a desire to learn and develop their skills at Universal Technical Institute. This role will be responsible for working closely with their local high schools to recruit students and build awareness of Universal Technical Institute and its programs. The Representative will work a territory within a 120 miles radius. The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer-focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate, and positively impact individuals. One should enjoy making connections and communicating with people while proactively establishing relationships and must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures. One must also work independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment while prioritizing their schedules to maximize time. *This is a remote position, however, it will require the candidate to currently live in and commute throughout Cleveland, OH and surrounding areas* Qualifications - High School degree or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a plus. - Experience with public speaking preferred. - Industry knowledge preferred. - 3 – 5 years outside sales experience preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation and sales skills are required. - Must have good understanding of Microsoft Office programs. - Ability to analyze and report data. - Builds effective relationships, works independently, and has a customer service attitude. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage their territory. Requirements - Develops new relationships and strengthens existing partnerships with dealerships, designated industry partners, High Schools, and local communities. - In-person presentation at High Schools and represents UTI and our programs at other offsite events. - Conducts informative and professional in-home interviews utilizing technical knowledge and skills. - Maintains CRM database for thorough follow-up with potential students. - Presents to all levels of educators in high schools and other educational institutions. - Maintains knowledge of Universal Technical Institute programs, financing options, and other pertinent information. - Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly department enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts. - Adheres to all compliance criteria and procedures established by external regulatory bodies and by UTI. - Other duties as necessary. The Process Safety & Integrity Business Development Leader is responsible for accelerating growth of Schneider Electric’s Triconex Safety Instrumented Systems portfolio across the United States. This role combines functional safety expertise, consultative selling, and strategic business development to expand Schneider’s presence in new segments, new customers, and across the installed base. The leader will use strong technical credibility, customer influence, and relationship‑building skills to guide end users, EPCs, partners, and strategic accounts toward modernization, competitive migration, and lifecycle improvement of their process safety systems.
