The ideal candidate will drive our customers’ AI transformation journey by leveraging Copilot Chat, AI Agents, and Microsoft 365 Copilot to unlock business value, improve productivity, and accelerate innovation. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor. As a CSA, you will play a key role in helping enterprise customers adopt and scale AI solutions, guiding them through architectural design, implementation, and change management to achieve measurable ROI. Note: Fluency in German and English is required. Key Responsibilities - Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer challenges into AI-driven solutions that deliver business value and ROI - Lead architecture design and technical engagements focused on Copilot Chat, AI Agents, and Microsoft 365 Copilot - Drive AI adoption and customer success, ensuring long-term usage and value realization - Design and implement AI agents and Copilot solutions, including prompt engineering and workflow automation - Support AI transformation initiatives, including adoption strategies and organizational change management - Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to identify growth opportunities and expansion scenarios - Contribute to knowledge sharing, reusable IP, and best practices across the organization - Continuously learn and stay current with AI technologies, Copilot capabilities, and industry trends. Required Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in cloud, IT consulting, architecture, or related technical roles. - Proven experience in customer-facing roles, leading workshops, and technical discussions - Strong experience working in enterprise environments with complex stakeholders. Technical Expertise - Hands-on experience with: - Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and AI-powered productivity solutions - Designing and deploying AI agents (Copilot Studio, Agents Toolkit, low-code/pro-code tools) - Strong understanding of: - AI architecture and foundation models - Prompt engineering and AI solution design - Microsoft Graph and enterprise data integration. - Experience with: - Programming/scripting (e.g., Python, .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell) - AI frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain) - Cloud and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) Additional Skills (Preferred) - Experience building or customizing AI solutions and Copilot extensions - Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills for AI deployments - Knowledge of security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices - Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs - Relevant Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure, or Microsoft 365. #WAH Location: DEU Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time
