• Own revenue recognition across all Diligent commercial offerings & robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) arrangements. • Review customer contracts to identify performance obligations, determine SSPs, allocate transaction price, and document recognition methodology in technical memos. • Evaluate lease components under ASC 842 within customer arrangements and coordinate with legal and sales on contract structure. • Establish and maintain revenue policies, controls, and workflows that scale with contract volume and deal complexity. • Own inventory accounting across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, service parts, and customer-deployed units, including capitalization, standard costing, and revaluation. • Lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations across contract manufacturers and internal locations; investigate and resolve variances. • Determine and defend COGS methodology, purchase price variance analysis, capitalized variances, and excess and obsolete (E&O) reserves. • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure BOMs, routings, and landed costs flow correctly into the general ledger. • Own fixed asset accounting for the deployed Moxi fleet and other PP&E, including capitalization policy, useful lives, depreciation methodology, and related disclosures. • Monitor for impairment triggers, oversee asset retirements and disposals, and ensure accurate tracking of fleet movements between inventory, capitalized fixed assets, and customer sites. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the parent company’s external auditors during interim, quarterly review, and year-end audit procedures. • Coordinate with internal audit (Serve or co-sourced) on SOX walkthroughs, testing, and remediation at the subsidiary level. • Own the PBC (prepared-by-client) process. Deliver complete, well-supported schedules on time and defend technical positions in auditor meetings. • Draft and present technical accounting memos on revenue, inventory, leases, and other judgment areas. • Support Serve Robotics’ external reporting, including quarterly and annual filings, by delivering accurate, well-documented subsidiary financials on the parent’s close calendar. • Own the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, intercompany activity, foreign currency, and consolidation deliverables to the parent company. • Establish, document, and operate a SOX-ready control environment appropriate for a public company subsidiary, in coordination with the parent’s SOX program. • Maintain accounting policies, process narratives, and control documentation that support SOX, external audit, and operational scaling. • Oversee AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, equity, and tax provision support in partnership with internal team members and external providers. • Deliver timely, accurate GAAP financial statements and management reporting with clear variance commentary to the Head of Finance and leadership. • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team; build scalable processes, clear ownership, and a strong close calendar as the team grows. • Support our transition from QBO to NetSuite, then drive continuous improvement and automation across NetSuite and connected systems (billing, expense, AP automation, procurement, equity). • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, People, Legal, and Tax to ensure accounting implications are considered in key business decisions.

• Define and execute the technical architecture roadmap for our Robot Management Systems platform. • Evolve the strategy for our cloud applications to standardize and organize services that support operations teams, implementation teams, and customers. • Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures that support a growing fleet of robots and increasing operational complexity. • Develop and maintain Node.js backend services and APIs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and clean, maintainable code. • Architect and implement secure, well-documented APIs that integrate with third-party healthcare systems and customer environments. • Establish and enforce engineering standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the team. • Drive software quality and compliance by implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices. • Lead the adoption of modern DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, automated deployments, and observability. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small, growing team of engineers. • Lead architectural reviews and guide engineers through complex technical challenges. • Ensure systems are designed with security, reliability, and compliance requirements appropriate for healthcare environments. • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to support operational visibility and incident response. • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that improve system scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.

• Own and manage strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, including hospital executives, operational leaders, innovation teams, and clinical leadership. • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success. • Drive contract renewals and revenue retention across existing client accounts. • Identify and execute opportunities to expand robotic deployments across additional hospital sites, departments, and workflows. • Develop account strategies that align Diligent’s solutions with each customer’s operational, clinical, and financial objectives. • Lead executive business reviews to demonstrate value, ROI, and operational impact delivered by Diligent’s robots. • Partner with internal teams—including Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, and Implementation—to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer outcomes. • Translate customer feedback and operational insights into actionable input for product and engineering teams. • Manage complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes within large health systems. • Track and forecast account performance, pipeline expansion opportunities, and renewal timelines. • Identify risks to customer satisfaction or retention and proactively drive mitigation plans. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to scale robotics adoption within their organization.

• Develop learning-based manipulation models for end to end sensor-driven interaction (e.g., reaching, motion generation, and execution in dynamic environments). • Build and maintain manipulation training pipelines: dataset creation from robot logs/teleop, action representations, augmentation, and distributed training. • Design evaluation metrics and regression tests that quantify manipulation reliability, recovery behavior, and safety in real environments. • Develop sim-to-real workflows for manipulation learning, including simulation environments, domain randomization, and failure-mode testing. • Optimize and distill models for edge deployment; benchmark latency, memory use, and stability on target hardware. • Partner with the AI platform team to integrate policies with control and safety systems, and validate end-to-end performance on robots. • Analyze field performance, identify dominant failure modes, and drive iterative improvements through data collection and targeted retraining.

• Develop learning-based navigation models that predict safe, smooth trajectories from sensor inputs and/or perception representations. • Build imitation learning pipelines from fleet logs (trajectory extraction, filtering, scenario balancing, evaluation). • Implement simulation-based refinement (RL, reward shaping, domain randomization) to improve robustness. • Define navigation success metrics aligned to product outcomes. • Collaborate with the AI Platform team to integrate learned policies behavior/safety systems and validate on-robot. • Build regression tests and scenario replay suites for challenging scenarios. • Analyze field behavior, identify failure modes, and close the loop through data curation and retraining.

• Develop multimodal world-model architectures that ingest and fuse camera, LiDAR/depth, and robot state and produce short-horizon predictions. • Build and maintain training pipelines: dataset construction, tokenization/backbones, distributed training, and ablation frameworks. • Define model evaluation metrics and regression suites that reflect real robot outcomes. • Create visualization/debug tooling for temporal predictions (rollouts, replays, overlays, failure case inspection). • Optimize and distill models for edge deployment; benchmark latency, memory, and stability on target hardware. • Collaborate with the AI Platform team to integrate the world model into autonomy stacks and validate behavior. • Work with Operations to identify failure modes in the field and drive data curation and model iteration.

As the Senior Manager – Fleet Management & Performance, you will own the systems, metrics, and cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence across our fleet. This leader will be responsible for fleet configuration governance, MaintainX oversight, performance analytics, and driving scalable improvements that directly impact customer experience and operational reliability. This role sits at the intersection of hardware operations, software systems, data analytics, and field performance. You will define what “good” looks like for fleet health, ensure data integrity across fleet management platforms, and partner cross-functionally to mature our fleet operations into a highly reliable, insight-driven function. Basic Qualifications - 7–10+ years of experience in fleet operations, robotics, autonomous systems, hardware operations, or complex distributed systems. - Proven ownership of fleet management systems (e.g., MaintainX or equivalent CMMS/Fleet platforms). - Experience leading metric definition, KPI governance, and performance analytics at scale. - Strong background in configuration management and lifecycle governance. - Experience building performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Deep understanding of reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability modeling). - Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-level insights. - Experience managing and developing high-performing teams. - Ability to influence across Engineering, Operations, and Product. - Strong program management skills with a structured approach to scaling processes. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
