The successful candidate will have a solid background in RF design, experience of taking a leading role on engineering projects and be an excellent communicator and will be split between designing RF systems at component level, and providing technical leadership for the development of projects. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-have Technical skills: - Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal circuit design with 10+ years of industry experience, preferably within wireless systems - Experience of specifying technical requirements and taking a lead role in delivering against these requirements. - Strong expertise in CMOS process technologies, deep sub-micron nodes, and mixed-signal layout techniques. - Experience of analog design in FinFet technologies at 7nm and below will be a plus - Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, AMS and familiarity with hardware description languages (e.g. Verilog). - Proven track record of leading successful RF designs - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers. - Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and compliance testing.
