Job Requirements
- Active NMLS license (or ability to transfer licensing).
- Proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
- Previous sales leadership, branch management, or team-building experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop Loan Officers.
- Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
- Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team.
