Implementation Manager I – Public Sector

• Guide public sector clients through implementation of SaaS solutions • Transform client needs into optimized system configurations • Develop and execute comprehensive delivery and implementation plans • Become a go-to subject matter expert on SaaS environments and products • Collaborate with internal teams

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in a post-sales implementation role within a SaaS environment
  • Strong preference for experience with public sector clients
  • Experience with GraphQL, Node-RED, Python, SQL, Linux, Red Hat Enterprise server technology, AWS/Azure
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software platforms
  • Understanding of ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and digital media workflows (especially video & audio)
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent documentation skills
