• Take ownership of customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently, timelines are met, project goals are achieved, and expectations are exceeded • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user guides, to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and objectives, translating them into appropriate product configurations • Train customers on the use of the software, including best practices and workflow optimization • Establish and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact throughout the implementation process • Coordinate collaboratively with internal teams to meet project milestones • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Customer Success

• Lead onboarding for Gong-sourced customers, managing the full lifecycle from intro to go-live. • Serve as a product expert across ChiliCal, Handoff, Concierge, Distro, and Chat AI. • Guide customers through the integration with Gong Engage, optimizing sequences, workflows, and rep usage. • Identify cross-product use cases, recommending Concierge, Distro, Chat AI, or other capabilities that solve customer pain points. • Manage a high-volume implementation pipeline, keeping customers engaged and driving fast time-to-value. • Run configuration, training, and build sessions, particularly around Salesforce integrations, routing logic, and workflow setup. • Influence customer decisions with strong sales acumen—communicating value, handling objections, and steering toward best practices. • Leverage AI tools to streamline follow-ups and maintain momentum across many simultaneous implementations. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive mutual success with Gong. • Provide clear documentation of implementation progress, risks, and milestones for internal and partner visibility.
