Infield Support Technician

FieldBee by eFarmer

• Installation: Install and configure FieldBee GNSS and guidance systems on various agricultural machinery (mainly tractor and combine harvesters), ensuring optimal performance. • Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for dealers and end-users, enabling them to effectively operate and maintain our systems. • Technical Support: Provide timely on-site and remote technical assistance to address and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users. • Customer Success: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. • Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Mother Tonge German and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Proven experience in GNSS and guidance solutions within the digital agriculture sector.
  • Preferred Agronomic Background: Educational background in agronomy or related field is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of precision farming technologies and their applications, as well as installation on agriculture machinery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
