Job Description Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects supporting ERP platforms and regional localization solutions across Brazil and Latin America. Partners closely with ERP, Tax, Finance, and Technology teams to define requirements, implement and enhance systems that support regulatory, tax, invoicing, and foreign trade requirements. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role also acts as Application Owner for selected localization bolt-on applications, overseeing software and AMS vendors to ensure application stability, regulatory compliance, and adherence to IT governance standards and service KPIs. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: - Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple ERP localization projects and enhancements supporting tax, invoicing, and foreign trade processes across Brazil and Latin America. - Monitor project progress and manage risks, scope changes, dependencies, and non-standard events while ensuring alignment with budget, milestones, and delivery objectives. - Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates and executive reporting to leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. - Define, implement, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance practices, driving continuous improvement and simplification where needed. - Build and coordinate project teams of internal and external technical and functional experts aligned with scope, budget, and timeline. - Oversee a team of specialized contractors to directly support both enhancements and day-to-day support of regional applications, configurations and/or processes - Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining functionality, specifying requirements and delivery project milestones. - Develop project plans, execution strategies, and governance aligned with scope, timeline, and budget. - Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs. - Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required. - Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected. - Act as Application Owner for selected regional localization solutions supporting regulatory and tax compliance. - Manage relationships with software vendors and AMS providers responsible for application support and related lifecycle activities including enhancements and maintenance. - Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs and KPIs in line with IT governance standards. Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge or experience in computer science, computer information systems or related fields with significant experience. - Solid experience required with ERP system implementation projects or implementation of localization applications (Mastersaf DFE, DW, Tax One, eComex or similar). - Advanced English. Desired Characteristics - Experienced with ERP configuration and customization for the purpose of platform localization; knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion and/or SAP ERP platforms is desired. - Knowledge of local and regional stat, tax and other localization requirements in Brazil or Latin America. - Solid understanding of project management methodologies like PMP, Agile and governance frameworks, with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations. - Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and energize others toward the common vision and goal. - Self-starter and strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources. - Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities. - Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analytical skills and best practices. - Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. - Ability to decompose problems to make or support decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined. - Uses critical thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions. - Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity. - Experience working with others on a global basis. - Change oriented – Actively supports and drives process improvements and change initiatives in fast-evolving environments. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of powering next-gen cloud and AI data centers while influencing the evolution of the energy grid. You will support the delivery of utility scale power capacity through strategic collaborations with electric utilities, RTOs/ISOs, and other energy enablers. Required Experience Qualifications: · 3 to 5 years of demonstrated energy project management experience in any of the following domains: construction, operations, project finance, rate analysis, technical project management, transmission, generation, or distribution development. · Demonstrated expertise collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to power infrastructure or capacity commitments. · Ability to translate technical engineering concepts to executives, potential investors, and/or Board members. Preferred Experience and Qualifications: · Experience with contracting and contract management. · Economic analysis, engineering or operational familiarity with battery storage, fuel cell, microgrid, grid-scale wind/solar, or similar energy technologies. · Substation engineering, medium voltage, or high voltage project management experience. · Demonstrated understanding of electric utility development in regulated or deregulated markets for the following: RTOs/ISOs, investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, and county/municipally owned utilities. · Utility account management, regulatory, or economic development experience. · Demonstrated success writing and delivering due diligence reports for future substation and/or transmission projects for utilities, owner’s engineers, and/or EPC vendors. · Track record of successfully collaborating with utility consultants or electrical utilities to plan, design, or contract for energy infrastructure. Education, Professional Certification and Licensure · B.A/B.S. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Power Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, or related field. · 5 years of relevant energy experience can be substituted in lieu of engineering or economics degree.
