• Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and customer needs. • Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous value delivery. • Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams across the full product lifecycle. • Drive data-driven product decisions using analytics and stakeholder insights. • Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards. • Apply Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language. • Stay current with AI, data, and healthcare technology trends.

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively. • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes. • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. • Report project status, progress, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders. • Support agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization, where applicable
