Role Description A Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within an organization. They develop and execute program strategies, set project goals and objectives, allocate resources, and ensure successful project delivery. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes. Additionally, Senior Program Managers may also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other program managers and project teams. - Provide expertise exhibiting a depth of knowledge across Ground and Flight Test Operations and Subcontractor Management. - Work directly with the customer to determine project requirements, develop a work plan, execute the work. - Act as the hiring manager for assigned projects/programs; supervise the screening, selection, and hiring of all candidates. - Ensure projects, programs, and subcontracts are executed to the highest level of safety and compliance. - Identify and analyze potential risks to technical performance, schedule, and cost. - Plan and implement risk mitigating/avoidance actions to reduce the likelihood of occurrence. - Monitor and track risks, adapt to changing contract circumstances to control risks. - Ensure all personnel meet/exceed professional standards and embrace the AEVEX culture. - Effectively communicate expectations and develop innovative strategies to enhance organizational capabilities that support operational priorities and requirements. - Advise senior executives on all programs, policies, and functions to include operations, readiness, training, recruiting, management of technical employees, and subcontractors. - Cultivate strong relationships with peers, subordinates, subcontractors, and customers while providing leadership and technical advice to strategic and operational business planning. - Facilitate alignment and achievement of strategy objectives and performance goals across the company. - Manage all aspects of assigned programs and subcontractors to include costs, schedules, and performance. - Integrate industry best practices and meet or exceed program financial goals. - Work with Director of Programs and the Growth Team to identify future opportunities for existing customers and support capture and solutioning for new efforts and existing programs. - Develop processes for identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating risk throughout the program life cycle. - Assist the Growth Team as subject matter expert to develop technical solutions during the proposal process. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally, and positively represent the organization. - Perform other duties as required. - Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]. - Exhibit professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company. - Embody AEVEX’s cultural values and align daily actions with department goals and company culture. Qualifications - In-depth knowledge of US Military and Federal Acquisition Regulations. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to develop and mentor/coach others. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Strong relationship building and negotiation skills. - Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, project management, and analytical skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Demonstrates professionalism and integrity at all times. What You'll Do: In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and manage a global, risk-based supplier audit program across GxPs including defining audit strategy and annual plans based on supplier criticality, risk classification, and regulatory expectations. You will also: - Establish and standardize audit governance, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent planning, execution, reporting, and follow up, while maintaining alignment with applicable regulations including 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, and 820, EU GMP (EudraLex Volume 4), EU GDP, ICH guidelines, GCP, GLP, and GVP requirements. - Lead structured audit planning and debriefing strategy and risk prioritization by reviewing supplier performance data, including deviations, CAPAs, complaints, change notifications, prior audit outcomes, and regulatory inspection history, to ensure audits are focused on high-risk areas and emerging compliance trends. - Standardize audit tools, checklists, and risk models across regions and GxP domains, incorporating regulatory intelligence and cross functional input to drive consistent and effective audit execution. - Establish and maintain centralized oversight of supplier audit observations across all GxP areas, partnering with lead auditors and subject matter experts to ensure consistent classification based on risk and regulatory impact. - Drive consistency in supplier CAPA evaluation, closure timelines, and effectiveness verification, while monitoring audit trends to identify systemic risks and recurring compliance issues across the supplier base. - Lead the auditor competency program across GxPs by assessing auditor qualifications, experience, and technical expertise, and maintaining a capability matrix that captures audit history, domain knowledge, and regional regulatory expertise. - Identify training gaps and implement targeted development plans to strengthen auditor effectiveness and consistency, ensuring auditors maintain appropriate qualifications and certifications aligned with industry expectations. - Lead peer reviews of audit reports and collaborate with subject matter experts and auditors to ensure outputs are objective, evidence based, and aligned with applicable regulatory standards. Ensure findings are documented clearly and consistently, while maintaining independence and integrity throughout all stages of audit execution and reporting. - Support regulatory inspections by providing audit documentation, risk assessments, and supplier oversight evidence. Maintain audit records, metrics, and dashboards to demonstrate program effectiveness. - Conduct audits with a diplomatic and professional approach, communicating observations clearly and respectfully while maintaining firm adherence to GxP requirements. Lead discussions with supplier personnel in a manner that promotes transparency, accountability, and constructive resolution of compliance gaps. Who You Are: You have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline as well as 10 years of progressive Quality Assurance experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries. You will operate within a highly collaborative environment, working closely with the Partnerships team, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Services to design world-class enablement experiences that improve partner outcomes at scale. This is a remote role open to candidates located in North America (USA or Canada). Given our cross-regional operations, you may occasionally collaborate with teams in Europe and Asia, which could require flexibility outside standard working hours 1-2 times per week. At the core of this mission is a partner-first mindset: you will champion the needs of MSPs, agencies, and technology partners, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, skills and confidence to deploy end-to-end solutions, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. Your work will directly influence partner activation, engagement, and long-term ecosystem success. What You’ll Do: - Design scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement paths tailored to partner type (Agencies, MSPs, Technology Partners) and partner function. - Build world-class partner journeys that reduce ramp time and increase the partner’s ability to independently deploy end-to-end processes. - Own and manage key enablement platforms including PRM systems (e.g., PartnerStack, Euler), LMS tools (e.g., HighSpot, Seismic), and Demo Centre environments. - Develop structured enablement programs for MSPs and ensure seamless program execution across all partner segments. - Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to ensure cohesive planning and unified delivery across the partner lifecycle. - Measure enablement effectiveness with meaningful metrics such as partner activation, deployment readiness, certification completion rates, and qualified lead contribution. - Use data and insights to optimize programs, remove friction from partner workflows, and scale enablement impact globally. - Advocate for a partner-first mindset across the organization and continuously improve partner-facing content, processes, and tools. Who We're Looking For: - 3+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing, ideally within eCommerce or SaaS. - Strong understanding of Shopify’s partner ecosystem and partner business models (MSPs, VARs, agencies, tech partners). - Hands-on experience with PRM and LMS systems (e.g., PartnerStack, Euler, HighSpot, Seismic) and comfort working with credentialing/learning design. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed, remote-first environment. - Data-driven approach to decision-making, using insights to optimize programs and demonstrate measurable impact. - Clear, proactive communicator who excels at building alignment across global teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial, organized, adaptable, and able to independently drive initiatives from 0→1.
