Role Description The Install-Based Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with current customers through upsells, cross-sells, and usage expansion. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales leadership to identify opportunities and ensure customers continue to see value from our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career looking to develop and hone their enterprise SaaS sales skills while working with established relationships. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Experience in SaaS sales and contract/legal technology - Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales career Requirements - Manage a portfolio of existing CLM customers and serve as a trusted commercial point of contact. - Identify expansion opportunities including add-on modules, seat increases, and contract upgrades. - Support renewal conversations and help ensure on-time contract extensions. - Conduct discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and growth plans. - Own the sales cycle for install-based opportunities from qualification through close. - Prepare and deliver product demonstrations directly in partnership with Customer Success. - Develop and present pricing proposals and contract amendments. - Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking in Salesforce. - Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on account health, adoption, and expansion timing. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Marketing to stay informed on new features and value messaging. - Coordinate internally to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams. - Customer engagement through educating customers on best practices and new CLM capabilities. - Proactively engage customers to drive platform adoption and long-term retention. The Pharmacy Technician Specialist works under the direction of the Population Health Services Organization Clinical Pharmacy team and is responsible for ensuring timely medication access for patients enrolled in Care Management Programs, to improve adherence to treatment recommendations and prevent gaps in necessary pharmacotherapy.
