If you’re ready to bring your unique perspective to a place where your work truly matters; think of Gallagher. - Provides customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone. - Responsible for the servicing of existing clients - identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. - Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written and verbal. - Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution. - Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. - Handles calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures. Qualifications - High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. - Strong typing and basic computer skills. - Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word (preferred). - Insurance knowledge specific to workers compensation (preferred). Requirements - Good verbal communication skills. - Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
