SyncVR Medical
• Your focus will be on building and scaling SyncVR Medical in the United States, starting in Houston, Texas. • Drive New Revenue: Identify, approach, and close partnerships with hospital systems, IDNs, and strategic partners, with an initial focus on pediatrics and the Texas Medical Center ecosystem. • Own Outbound Business Development: Lead outbound efforts across Houston and broader Texas, managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing. • Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Successfully manage multi-stakeholder hospital sales processes and drive deals to completion. • Lead Value-Based Selling: Position SyncVR Medical’s XR platform as a clinical and financial value driver by building strong business cases and executive-level proposals. • Shape the US Organization: Contribute to hiring plans, sales structure, and go-to-market strategy as the US business scales. • Grow into a Leadership Role: Play a key role in scaling the US market, with the opportunity to evolve into Head of Sales / VP USA.
Job Requirements
- Proven Medical Sales Hunter: 5–10 years in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices), with a strong track record in closing new business and building pipeline from scratch.
- US Healthcare Expertise: Solid understanding of hospital procurement and decision-making. Existing network in Texas (especially Texas Medical Center) is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating without structure, taking ownership, and building a market from the ground up.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Able to engage C-level stakeholders while actively driving outbound and deal execution.
- Ambition to Grow: Motivated to build, scale, and take on future leadership responsibilities.
