Let’s shape the future of customer engagement together! We’re looking for a Multimedia expert to join Iterable’s brand and content marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape how our story shows up across video, audio, and motion—bringing together strategy, creativity, and strong execution to build multimedia experiences that resonate. You’ll bring a systems mindset to the work, finding smarter ways to produce, edit, and scale content using thoughtful processes, collaboration, and AI-enabled tools. From product videos and customer demos to social clips and event storytelling, you’ll create content that helps people understand what Iterable does and why it matters. You’ll also help lead brand shoots, motion graphics, and event coverage that capture the energy of the Iterable community and translate it into compelling visual storytelling across channels. If you’re a multidisciplinary creator who loves both the craft and the strategy behind great content, this role offers the chance to build, experiment, and elevate how Iterable shows up in the world. How you will make an impact: - Lead multimedia production across video, motion, podcast, and live events—from concept to final cut - Translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visual storytelling that simplifies ideas, humanizes technology, and inspires action - Build AI-enabled workflows where they make sense to streamline ideation, production, and consistency without compromising craft. - Design and evangelize scalable systems that improve collaboration and process adoption on multimedia projects - Raise the bar for Iterable’s visual storytelling across motion graphics, product animations, GIFs, and brand video - Own and grow Iterable’s presence across YouTube, Vimeo, and Spotify, optimizing for discoverability and engagement - Launch and scale podcast and audio formats that extend Iterable’s voice and thought leadership - Partner with marketing and product leaders to transform complex narratives into polished, audience-driven stories that shape perception and drive adoption - Capture the energy of key events (internal and external) through highlight reels, keynote cuts, and behind-the-scenes storytelling - Draw insights from performance metrics, using data to refine creative approaches and strengthen cross-channel output We are looking for people who have: - 5–8 years of experience in multimedia production, content creation, or creative direction within a brand, agency, or SaaS environment - Expertise with industry platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows - Strong understanding of marketing and brand storytelling, with the ability to translate strategy into visual narratives - Experience managing both individual and cross‑functional projects, balancing creative direction with operational execution - The ability to collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Communications teams to scale brand consistency and content impact - Curiosity for applying AI, automation, and new production models to creative work - A portfolio or reel that demonstrates storytelling range, technical mastery, and creative precision Bonus points: - Experience writing short-form and long-form assets - Experience in the email marketing and/or marketing automation industries - Basic industry knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and data analytics Perks & Benefits: - Paid parental leave - Competitive salaries, meaningful equity, & 401(k) plan - Medical, dental, vision, & life insurance - Community Impact Days - Fertility & Adoption Assistance - Paid Sabbatical - Flexible PTO - Monthly Employee Wellness allowance - Monthly Professional Development allowance - Pre-tax commuter benefits - Complete laptop workstation The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $113,500 - $180,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
