About the Role We’re hiring a Tech Lead, Full Stack to own and build our customer onboarding platform from scratch. This platform powers how patients enter our ecosystem, guiding them through eligibility, recommendations, and treatment selection. It’s the front door to our business: a high-conversion, high-performance onboarding experience that directly impacts growth and patient outcomes. You’ll work directly with the founders, partnering closely on product direction, architecture, and key technical decisions as we build and scale. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on product, growth, and patient experience. You won’t just be contributing to a codebase, you’ll be: - designing the system architecture - making foundational technical decisions - building the first version hands-on - and growing the engineering team around you Core Requirements - 8+ years of full-stack experience (Strong Node.js, React, and TypeScript experience required) - Experience with relational databases like Postgres - Proven experience owning and building systems from scratch (0 → 1) in production environments - Strong backend and system design skills, with the ability to make tradeoffs around scalability, performance, and reliability - Experience owning architecture end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure - Hands-on experience with AWS - Experience building and scaling production-grade, user-facing applications with real usage and performance considerations - Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage environments where ambiguity is high - Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to hiring or team growth - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive projects forward Nice to Have - Experience in working with direct to consumer platforms - Experience with payment processors like Stripe - Experience creating multi-step onboarding flows for users - Experience with A/B Testing Platforms like Optimizely What’s in it for you?
