• Serve as the dedicated financial business partner to assigned business unit(s), building strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic planning and decision-making • Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities and communicate findings to business and finance leadership • Partner with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, sales, and HR to ensure financial alignment • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for supported business units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve financial models to support scenario analysis, variance analysis, and long-range planning • Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, providing meaningful variance commentary versus budget, forecast, and prior year • Support the monthly close process in partnership with the accounting team • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to communicate performance and trends • Design and maintain KPI tracking tools and management reporting packages • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity • Lead and support ad hoc financial analysis, business case development, and investment evaluation (ROI, NPV, payback analysis) • Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives, M&A due diligence, or special projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus).
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 2+ years supporting SaaS or Fintech Sales/Marketing functions.
- Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics: ARR, GRR, NRR
- Expertise in financial modeling and Excel; experience with tools like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
