Role Summary Step into a key operational role as a Payroll Service Delivery Manager at Zalaris ASA. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our German clients, managing relationships, overseeing SAP-related German payroll processes, and driving operational excellence and compliance. Your Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery. - Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction. - Take ownership of your client’s service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring. - Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform. - Ensure adherence to Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and compliance standards. - Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities. - Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
