Role Description O2B Early Education is currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering positive employee relationships and addressing any workplace concerns. - Act as a point of contact for employees to address their concerns and inquiries - Facilitate open communication between employees and management - Conduct investigations regarding employee complaints and provide feedback and recommendations for resolutions - Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives - Support training sessions related to employee relations topics for staff - Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions and resolutions - Promote a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and events - Contribute to the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed If you are passionate about employee advocacy and enhancing workplace culture, we encourage you to apply to join our team at O2B Early Education!
