Role Description In this role, you will act as an external revenue expert for hotels, responsible for the systematic management of their profitability. You will craft comprehensive strategies (pricing, rate structures, segmentation, and distribution channels), present them to hotel owners, and ensure their successful implementation into daily operations. A key skill for this position is the ability to bridge the gap between analytics and practice: you don’t just identify growth opportunities; you transform them into concrete actions and drive them to results through effective communication with hotel teams and by influencing their decision-making process. This role is ideal for those looking to move beyond a single property and work with a diverse portfolio of hotels, markets, and commercial models. It is an opportunity to rapidly scale your revenue management expertise, gain exposure to a wide range of real-world cases, and directly impact the financial success of your clients. Key Responsibilities - Conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of the hotel's current sales and distribution strategy. - Design and implement rate structures for both online and offline segments, including rate logic, terms, and restrictions. - Manage daily pricing based on demand fluctuations, pick-up reports, and competitor analysis. - Monitor price parity across all channels and optimize the conversion rate of the hotel’s official website. - Navigate the technical aspects of hotel operations, including PMS management and optimizing integration logic when necessary. - Compile monthly performance reports (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, total revenue, channel segmentation, and growth opportunities). - Analyze data from both online sales and offline segments to form a complete picture of demand and profitability. - Lead regular meetings with hoteliers to present results, propose hypotheses, suggest adjustments to improve KPIs, and ensure that agreed-upon solutions are executed at the operational level. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as an in-house Revenue Manager or within a revenue management consultancy for the hospitality industry. - Proven ability to work with complex data, including sales reports by segment (B2B and B2C), pick-up analysis, and core metrics (Occupancy/ADR/RevPAR). - Hands-on experience with Booking Engines (BE), Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and Revenue Management Systems (RMS). - A track record of making independent decisions regarding pricing and sales strategy. - Preparedness for challenging client conversations; the ability to justify a strategy and see it through, even when the client may not initially grasp its value. - Professional working proficiency in both Russian and English. Location & Availability - This is a fully remote position. - Availability to work within the UTC+5 to UTC+7 time zone. - Willingness to undertake occasional business trips for on-site client meetings or property audits. Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience. - Bonus based on KPIs. - Prioritizing employee wellbeing and providing the necessary facilities for their comfort (medical insurance after probation end, corporate equipment, dedicated onboarding manager). - Well-structured onboarding and constant support from an experienced manager. - Clear business objectives, opportunities for growth within the company. - Scheduling: from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM till 6 PM (your local time zone). - The start-up environment is fast-paced and constantly growing, with full support from our established international team. - Online & Offline camps, workshops, and gatherings.
