Responsibilities - Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and follow-up visits efficiently. - Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation. - Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. - Assist patients with inquiries, concerns, and scheduling needs. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - Support healthcare providers with administrative tasks and care coordination. - Facilitate communication to maximize patient satisfaction and quality of care.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar healthcare administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and office software.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in healthcare administration preferred.

Role Description Mindoula Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to work with us full-time & remotely from anywhere within the United States.
