The Company Empyrean Solutions specializes in Financial Risk and Performance Management solutions for financial institutions. Empyrean offers a comprehensive suite of software products to power balance sheet simulations for asset-liability management, financial planning and analysis, capital stress testing, and funds transfer pricing. The Team The financial modelers, data analysts and product experts of the Professional Services team help financial institutions harness the full potential of Empyrean’s software solutions through consulting, implementation services and training. Responsibilities - Support implementation and on-going use of Empyrean Solutions’ suite of software products for planning (forecast, strategic plan, and annual budget), organizational and customer profitability, and risk management at medium-sized and large financial institutions. - Support import and reconciliation of client instrument, general ledger, and payroll data. - Modify and create custom reports and dashboards - Train clients on functional and technical matters related to Empyrean’s products Act as a liaison between the product management team and the user community Follow all applicable policies and controls - Ensure customer data and sensitive data is transmitted using approved channels Maintain the integrity of the sensitive customer data in line with policies and controls - Support clients located on the US West Coast and Hawaii Position Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline must be conferred no later than May 2026. - Interest or experience in banking, financial risk management or financial technology Strong client relationship management skills - Solid understanding of the banking industry - Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements Advanced knowledge of Excel - Experience working with large datasets - Strong attention to detail and good planning and organization skills - Ability and willingness to work hours that align with Pacific and/or Hawaii-Aleutian time zones as needed to support client needs. - Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Preferred skills - Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools - Knowledge of basic cost allocation processes - Experience with BI solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau - Demonstrated experience supporting/implementing software solutions at a Financial Institution
