Site Contracts Manager
Precision Medicine Group
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts. • Work with supervisor and various internal/external key stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards. • Update relevant study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution. • Establish, track, report and manage site contract metrics. • Support the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving. • Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to affect the timely execution of contracts. • Recognize where processes can be improved and take corrective action. • Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree
- Experience in a CRO/healthcare field
- Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts and Site Budget negotiations, but no less than 5 years’ experience.
- Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor

Job Summary The Business Manager is responsible for driving business performance through strategic planning, & operational oversight. This role plays a key part in shaping business strategy, monitoring performance, and providing insights through the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews. The Business Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your Role: The primary responsibility of the Resource Management Specialist is to manage resourcing for all potential and assigned Professional Services and Education engagements. This position requires that the individual work closely with the Professional Services department’s Services Account and Delivery Managers as it relates to resourcing across all work. The Resource Management Specialist must also ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to ensure timely delivery. Your Opportunity: - Collaborate closely with Professional Services and Education teams to centralize resource management activities. - Obtain resources for all Professional Services and Education engagements based on skill set and calendar availability for work outlined in Statements of Work. - Support engagement lifecycle for services from booking to scheduling, delivery, and revenue recognition. - Manage and resolve resource booking conflicts. - Participate in weekly resource meetings with Services Account/Delivery Managers to identify appropriate resource requirements for each engagement and facilitate resourcing issues/conflict resolution. - Build, maintain, and communicate resource forecasts based on weekly meetings with Professional Services leads. - Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate scheduling for Professional Services and Education engagements. - Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the Team Leads to address and solve those issues. - Manage provision of virtual training courses. - Assist with managing and increasing utilization numbers on the Professional Services team. - Assist with managing subcontractor utilization and making business decisions to ensure work is delivered efficiently and subcontracts are used effectively. - Efficiently work within software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, NetSuite, Financial Force, and Salesforce. Other Responsibilities: - Identify and manage potential engagements that should be subcontracted to our partners. Ensure that proper process is followed and engagements are closed out in a timely fashion. - May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time. What You'll Need: - 2+ years resource management or project management experience in software solutions industry. - Bachelor’s degree is preferred. May substitute experience for education. - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel. - Salesforce/Financial Force experience a plus. - Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills. - Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form. - Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results. - Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease. - Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups. - RMCP certification preferred. • Lead a team of Engagement Managers focused on Professional Services consultative selling. • Accountable for Professional Services bookings goals within area of responsibilities covered by their Engagement Management team (EMEA). • Responsible for timely and accurate weekly bookings forecast within area of responsibility. • Help distribute customer opportunities evenly across team members ensuring geographic or segment coverage. • Collaborate with other managers, socializing and gaining agreement on strategic proposals, and executing strategies. • Provide strategic proposals to leadership to organize and align the Engagement Manager team with the Sales/CS organizations. • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on GitLab releases. • Coach team members on pipeline generation, opportunity prioritization, SFDC hygiene, discovery, scoping, estimation, SOW creation, negotiation and closing processes. • Provide guidance to Engagement Managers to help resolve negotiations leveraging win-win and give-to-get methodologies. Take ownership of resolving negotiations that are at an impasse • Align with Sales Leadership within territory to provide forecast updates. • Build and maintain a development plan to ensure Engagement Managers are enabled to understand the GitLab product and features, the value selling approach, and current processes/tools used to be effective in their roles. • Continuously assess team capacity to inform hiring plan. • Foster an environment where team members are motivated and enabled to contribute to continuously improving the Professional Services sales process: proactive services positioning, SKU selling vs custom scoped engagements, scaling the PS selling motion, etc.. Ensure these process improvements are aligned with global PS sales strategy. • Work closely with the Professional Services Delivery, Sales, Ecosystems Partners, and Product teams to develop common patterns into estimation and engagement proposal standards. • Coach team members on continuous improvement mindset, including their responsibility to bring ideas or challenges to the practice team for consideration.
