Sales Support Executive

• Collaborate with clients to gather essential data and documents required for proposal development and sales presentations. • Draft, customize, and refine sales proposals and client presentations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company offerings. • Manage and review contracts, purchase orders, and formal agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. • Maintain CRM system integrity by regularly updating contact details, deal stages, and sales activity records to ensure accurate sales tracking. • Generate performance reports including KPI dashboards, sales summaries, and custom reports to support data-driven decision-making. • Organize and manage sales collateral and documentation, such as pricing models, project trackers, and contract archives outside the CRM system. • Identify and implement workflow improvements through automation and process optimization to enhance sales team productivity. • Provide cross-functional support to the AVP of Sales, pricing manager, sales directors, and business development managers on administrative and operational tasks. • Monitor proposal and contract pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactively resolving bottlenecks with key stakeholders. • Support onboarding efforts by creating training materials, tool walkthroughs, and process documentation for new sales team members. • Prepare for internal and external meetings by compiling briefing documents and ensuring all data and insights are up to date.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles—preferably in technology, energy, or hospitality industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating across diverse internal teams and directly with international clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and skilled in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to streamline workflows in a fast-paced, scaling business environment.
- Comfortable working remotely in a globally distributed team, demonstrating independence, accountability, and adaptability across time zones.
