Within the International Card Services organization, we are looking for a Remote Account Sales with the objective of improving billing. How will you make an impact in this role? - This position will be responsible for High Potential new Amex Clients (tenure < 12 months) management by phone, ensuring a prefixed grow up of billing thanks to various expansion opportunities in order to reach an incremental spending volume of a defined target. - Expansion activities have the strive to underline available spending categories, remember products benefits, propose supplementary cards or upgrades to satisfy the needs of customers respecting Amex policies. - Analyze accounts defining strategy for each customer to reach assigned target in incremental spending. Minimum Qualifications - Very well organized and self-motivated - Results driven against a specific scorecard - Strong customer focus - Proven problem solving and analytical skills - Drive, passion and a positive outlook - High ability to continually learn new skill - Preferred previous commercial experience, with a proven track of strong sales results - Experience identifying business expansion opportunities - Very strong “Will Win” - Strong Negotiation skills - Strong time and efficiency management - Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken - Solid understanding of word, excel and power point Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Italy is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
