Digital Marketing and Web Specialist – Part-time

CLARA Analytics

• Ongoing development and management of the CLARA Analytics website and associated digital platforms. • Execution of multi-channel content strategies across social media, email, Pardot, and beyond

Job Requirements

  • Availability to work 10 - 20 hours per week.
  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a Degree.
  • Demonstrable experience with website and content management.
  • Proficiency with website and content management on WordPress, inclusive of creating and managing modules, contents within modules, and customizing structures and navigation.
  • Experience in WordPress, Google Suite (sheets/docs/slides), and Adobe PDF Editor.
  • Highly motivated and adept at working independently.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills and the ability to listen/interface effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to concisely present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce Coding preferred.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing and/or SEO and SEM role, preferably within insurtech, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles, terminology, customs and practices, specifically within Auto, GL, and/or Worker’s Compensation, is a plus.

We are in building mode and are looking to add team members to our small, but powerful marketing team who get excited about the challenge of taking a new idea and turning it into a fully functioning reality. The Internship at a Glance This is a 12-week, fully remote internship designed to provide hands-on experience within one core marketing discipline at Neighbors Bank. Timeline: May 27 – August 12 Time Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week Structure: Interns are aligned to a specific marketing track and work directly with the specialist or channel manager who owns that function. Compensation: $20/hr This internship is best suited for individuals who already have some professional or remote experience and are comfortable taking ownership of their work in a fast-moving environment. Available Internship Tracks Digital Marketing Interns at Neighbors Bank are aligned to one primary marketing discipline , where they’ll work closely with the specialist or channel manager who owns that function. This allows you to go deeper, build real skills, and contribute meaningfully – rather than bouncing between unrelated tasks. Candidates may apply for one or more of the following focus areas: PR (Public Relations) Support brand awareness and reputation through media research, pitching assistance, and thought leadership support. Potential Projects: Localized media campaigns, research support for press outreach. SEO / Content Help improve how our content performs by supporting blog optimization, keyword research, content planning, and performance tracking. Potential Projects: Owning content pillars, AIO tracking, supporting our Reddit strategy. Social Media (Organic) Create and support organic social content while monitoring trends and engaging with our audience. Potential Projects: Video creation, script writing, content scheduling.
