Role Description The Account Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing strategies for our client and its clients. This role combines client-facing account management with internal project coordination. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, while also organizing internal teams, tracking deliverables, and keeping projects moving forward. The focus of this role is simple: - Keep clients informed, confident, and growing - Keep projects organized, on time, and aligned with strategy When client work is stable, this role will also support internal process improvements, reporting systems, and operational efficiency within Fire Us Marketing. Qualifications - 3–5+ years experience in account management, project management, or client services (agency experience preferred) - Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, websites, analytics) - Excellent communication and relationship management skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once - Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and reporting platforms - Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly - Fluent in English and comfortable working with U.S.-based clients Requirements - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients - Build strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up - Lead onboarding calls, monthly reporting calls, and ongoing client communication (Slack, email, meetings) - Translate client goals into clear marketing priorities and action items - Set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and results - Work closely with SEO, PPC, and web teams to ensure strategies align with client goals - Help prioritize work based on impact, timelines, and available resources - Review deliverables before they reach the client to maintain quality standards - Identify gaps, missed opportunities, or misalignment in campaigns - Manage all active client projects inside ClickUp (or equivalent tools) - Create, assign, and track tasks across internal teams - Ensure deadlines are met, and work is progressing as planned - Maintain clear visibility of project status across all accounts - Proactively address delays, blockers, or resource issues - Review performance data from tools like Google Analytics, GSC, CallRail, and ad platforms - Help prepare and present monthly reports with clear takeaways - Identify trends, wins, and areas for improvement - Communicate results in a way clients understand - Identify opportunities to expand services based on client needs - Recommend additional strategies (SEO, PPC, CRO, etc.) when appropriate - Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication - Address concerns quickly and professionally - Help improve workflows, communication systems, and reporting processes - Assist in building scalable systems for onboarding, reporting, and delivery - Support documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Assist with internal Fire Us Marketing initiatives when bandwidth allows - Support leadership with reporting, process organization, and team coordination - Any other duties as mutually agreed upon Benefits - Full-time remote role (approximately 40 hours per week) - Availability during standard U.S. business hours (3pm-11pm SAST) - Salary Range $2000-$2500
