Highstreet IT is looking for a skilled Oracle SCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory modules. This role is ideal for professionals who can effectively translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and contribute to successful cloud transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Qualification, and Inventory Management, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification, Inventory Management and design scalable and optimized solutions aligned with industry best practices • Prepare Lean specs, perform FUT's, prepare CWB's and other setup documents and test scripts • Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements. And map business processes to Oracle Cloud functionalities and recommend best practices • Identify process improvement opportunities within the P2P lifecycle • Conduct workshops, CRP sessions, and user training sessions and act as a bridge between business users and technical teams • Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization and resolve functional issues • Support integration design and testing with upstream/downstream systems and ensure data consistency across procurement and inventory processes • Assist in data migration activities using FBDI templates and ensure data accuracy and completeness • Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts and review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices • Contribute to knowledge sharing and reusable assets, and Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Required Experience and Skills • 4-7 years of experience in Oracle SCM • Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations • Experience in consulting or implementation environments preferred • Experience working in global consulting environments preferred • Hands-on expertise in: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification frameworks, Inventory Management • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes • Deep Understanding of data migration and system integrations • Good understanding of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI and BIP reporting • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment

Summary Highstreet IT is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory modules to drive large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Qualification, and Inventory Management, combined with strong consulting and leadership capabilities. You will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while mentoring junior team members and contributing to practice growth.
