• Identification and engagement of prospective customers across new‑logo and whitespace segments, ensuring continuous opportunity generation within assigned territories • Proactive technical hunting through hands‑on demonstrations, trials, and evaluations to validate solution fit and accelerate adoption for Transfection Reagents and off-the-shelf (ready to use) Plasmid portfolio • Progression of technical sales cycles by framing solution value, addressing technical objections, and quantifying customer impact to increase win rates • Contribution to commercial proposals and customer offers by providing essential technical insights that support successful deal closure in collaboration with Central Sales • Delivery of pre‑ and post‑sales technical support to secure adoption, encourage repeat business, and ensure a seamless transition to Central Sales once accounts are stabilized • Systematic capture and sharing of Voice‑of‑Customer insights—including user needs, competitive signals, and product feedback—to strengthen portfolio evolution and support strategic account planning

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, application support, or pre‑sales roles within a scientific or technical environment
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong track record of generating, advancing, and closing new opportunities
  • Strong technical proficiency in conducting demos, trials, and customer evaluations, ideally including exposure to gene therapy upstream processes
  • Knowledge of the CGT - Cell and Gene Therapy landscape, including market trends, key stakeholders, and challenges related to AAV, viral vectors, and advanced therapy manufacturing
  • Excellent consultative communication capabilities, with the ability to translate technical details into meaningful commercial value
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies supported by strong documentation discipline
  • High willingness to travel (>50%) across Benelux and additional territories
  • Fluent English required, French as a strong asset, Dutch as a plus, but not mandatory.

The Patient Engagement Coordinator works centrally and across all geographic teams supporting the central referral processes in place within the EPIC EMR and Outlook email. The integrated care management patient engagement coordinator, under the direction of the managers and collaboratively with team members, assigns appropriate referrals across teams, communicates back the status of referrals as appropriate, and triages referrals to the appropriate supportive resource (ex. Payor care management program, delegated care management teams, other BILH or BILHPN teams).This role will work within the EMR. This role is expected to take on additional care coordination tasks with oversight and guidance of the clinical management team.
