Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Consultant to join our team at Stella Contracting, Inc. As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for our employees. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. - Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop learning objectives - Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and objectives - Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage employees and enhance learning - Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources - Conduct training sessions for employees, both in person and virtually - Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development - Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and skills development Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment - Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories - Experience with virtual training platforms and technology - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity for growth and career development - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Remote work flexibility - Chance to be a part of a dynamic and growing company
