Summary The Professional Instructional Designer at Gainwell Technologies analyzes learning needs and consults with subject matter experts to provide input for course design and content. Your role in our mission - Applies instructional design methods and adult learning principles to ensure that course design and content meet learning goals. Creates outlines and scripts that provide program structure. - Creates effective learning solutions in a profitable manner. Works with management and subject matter experts to ensure that course materials are current and relevant to learning needs. - Designs and develops computer-based instructional programs. - Facilitates course delivery during the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement. - Provides direction and guidance to instructors to ensure that courses are conducted as designed. - Plans and coordinates skill assessments and testing to measure participant retention. - Tracks and analyzes learning programs by examining course evaluations, proficiency testing and job performance to identify program effectiveness.
