Available Location: Singapore Role Summary and Scope: We're establishing a new Inside Sales Representative function at Cloudflare to drive net new business across the small and midsize market. You'll run the full sales cycle from first outreach to close while building a solid understanding of Cloudflare's platform and help customers solve real, technical problems while creating revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions globally. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of hunting, structured qualification and consultative selling. You will have an intuitive understanding and experience with the key business and technical needs of customers to create and deliver compelling value propositions to them for Cloudflare solutions. You'll work closely with Digital Solutions Engineers, Customer Success and supportive leaders to sharpen your commercial skills and make a visible impact on Cloudflare's growth. What you will do: - Own the full 360 sales process for SMB prospects to achieve revenue targets. - Source, qualify and prioritise new opportunities through consistent outreach and strong discovery. - Deliver clear, value-led sales conversations that show how Cloudflare improves security and application performance. - Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to reach outcomes that support both customer needs and Cloudflare goals. - Work closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting and a reliable weekly sales rhythm to hit targets. - Bring customer insights back into the team to refine messaging, positioning and outbound strategy. What you will bring: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - At least one year of B2B sales experience with proven success in new business development. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain Cloudflare's value in simple, compelling terms. - Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proactive approach to outbound prospecting and building pipeline. - Strong discovery and qualification skills using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC. - Solid organisation skills and confidence managing multiple deals at different stages. - Collaborative approach and comfort working with both technical and non-technical teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Eligibility to work in the country of hire.

Role Description This role is in support of Cencora's secondary distribution services in the US marketed through our SmartSource business. Under supervision of the Inside Sales Supervisor, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for executing a variety of outbound Inside Sales calls to established customers and prospects in the independent, retail and chain business segments. This includes new business development, territory and pipeline management and selling products and promotions to expand and retain existing business. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter driven to win new business and grow existing customers' revenue. Responsibilities - Conducts outbound telesales calls to targeted groups of customer accounts. - Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with an assigned group of customer accounts. - Conducts prospecting calls to recruit customers interested in doing business with the Company. - Accesses inventory and order entry platform to assist customers with product needs. - Participates in daily team huddles and role-play business scenarios. - Enters and maintains integrity of data in company CRM software programs. - Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations. - Supports the Inside Sales Team and performs related duties as assigned. - Meets performance standards including call productivity, account coverage, new business development, customer retention, sales growth and collection of competitive data.
