The Skills You Will Bring - Experience with generative AI and chatbot product development, ideally with frameworks like LangChain and LLamaIndex. - Knowledge of NLP techniques, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and sequence tagging. - Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with NLP/ML toolkits like Sklearn, Gensim, Spacy, and NLTK. - Experience with vector database technologies (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. What You’ll Do: - Engineering & Product Collaboration: Work closely with a team of engineers, data scientists and product managers to build scalable and high-impact ML and AI systems. What You Need: - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred AND - An advanced degree + 3-4 years of work experience in an analytics-related position OR - 5+ years of work experience in a data science-related position - Deep understanding of the data platforms in which you’ve previously worked - Experience with deploying and scaling of machine learning models. This includes automating model training, optimizing runtime performance of models, and deployment processes to enable fast, reliable delivery of AI solutions in production environments. - You are proficient in SQL, Python and ML frameworks with strong coding skills. - Experience using data to intelligently optimize product performance The compensation range for this position is $137,000 - $189,000 per year.
