Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer-facing, or technology-driven roles; SaaS, fintech, or financial services experience is a strong asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Comfort using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn, sales engagement platforms, and modern prospecting tools
- Curiosity and openness to using AI-driven insights and automation to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn, experiment, and continuously improve
- Comfort working with technology, data, and automation tools; ability to quickly learn new SaaS and AI-enabled platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, computer science, information systems, or a technology-related field is an asset.
