• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, social platforms, and digital channels using modern sales engagement tools • Leverage CRM data, intent signals, and AI-assisted research to understand prospective clients, their regulatory environment, and business needs • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality discovery meetings and product demos for the Sales team • Create, configure, and leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to research accounts, understand client needs, personalize outreach, and automate repeatable prospecting tasks • Experiment with new AI and sales technologies to continuously improve outreach quality, efficiency, and conversion rates • Maintain accurate and timely records of prospect activity, insights, and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to test, refine, and optimize outreach campaigns and messaging • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and InvestorCOM’s evolving product roadmap • Participate in industry events, webinars, and virtual forums to expand market awareness and build relationships
