Marketing Communication Specialist

Henry Schein

• This position will be responsible for supporting our customer communications reach the market successfully and monitoring our internal processes and platforms. • Support deployment of email communications to our audiences using Marketo, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards through thorough quality assurance editing. • Support new Marketo programs with proper acquisition and membership statuses. • Document processes to keep them up to date, support the team in driving the integration of CRM and/or key processes with our marketing automation platform, Marketo. • Support day-to-day activities enabled by martech and related processes and review that workflows are operating as expected. • Monitor leads in both Marketo and Salesforce from start to finish. • The role will be responsible for reporting on their progress and measuring the success of each campaign. • Perform daily operations within our marketing automation platform. This includes archiving old programs, enforcing naming conventions, and assisting users with email and program creation. • Traffic requests to Creative Services for design needs. • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
  • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities and critical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholders, including collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues and partners against common goals.
  • Core Excel Skills: Familiarity with fundamental Excel functions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry practices.
  • Tool & Process Mastery: High proficiency in utilizing relevant tools, systems, and procedures.
  • Organizational & Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent planning, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to manage conflict and convey difficult information.
  • Partnership & Resolution: Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and emerging external partnerships to resolve complex issues.
