THE ROLE As the Head of Sales at Analogue Insight you will spearhead our sales initiatives, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This pivotal role involves not just managing sales operations but also strategically aligning them with our broader goals to support the startup ecosystem. The Head of Sales must be a dynamic leader, adept at navigating the unique challenges of the startup market and passionate about propelling Analogue Insight into a thriving future. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Strategic Semiconductor Sales and Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that integrates with Analogue Insight’s mission and expansion goals. This includes identifying new market opportunities, defining sales targets, and aligning the sales objectives with our strategic goals. - Business Development: Lead business development efforts to secure new clients and projects, enhancing Analogue Insight’s market position and visibility. Cultivate key relationships with industry stakeholders, potential clients, and partners. - Sales Operations Management: Oversee the sales team’s operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
