We at Holycode are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team, Carauktion. Carauktion is a leading company in the Automotive IT sector, working on a variety of internal and external projects that drive innovation in the industry. Role Overview We are looking for a Product Owner who will take full ownership of a dedicated Business Unit, responsible for its strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business goals into a clear, executable product direction. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, acts on data, and treats AI as a genuine productivity multiplier not just a novelty. We expect you to apply AI tools thoughtfully and critically throughout your day-to-day work, knowing when to use them and, equally, when not to. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the strategic roadmap for a key Business Unit, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, refining requirements and ensuring successful delivery. - Define and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions based on product analytics and business impact. - Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of features. - Analyze product performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience and business outcomes. - Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and enhance output quality. - Maintain an end-to-end ownership mentality, ensuring product success from inception to release. - Foster a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, focusing on business impact and efficiency.
