Job Description

B2B Outbound Sales Representative (SDR/BDR)

Dental Media Corp

We're looking for a driven, relentless outbound sales rep to join our team and book meetings with potential clients on our behalf. This is a full-time outbound role — your entire job is reaching out to prospects, starting conversations, and getting meetings on the calendar. We'll provide you with everything you need to succeed: a curated list of prospects with contact info, the tools and channels to reach them, and the playbooks and strategies to follow. Your job is to take that foundation and run with it — conduct additional research on each prospect to personalize your outreach, then execute across email, phone, and other channels we provide. This is not a passive role. You'll be doing high-volume outbound every single day — cold calls, email sequences, follow-ups, and multi-channel touches. We're looking for someone who thrives on the activity, doesn't shy away from the phone, and is motivated by results.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
  • Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily and handling objections
  • Strong written communication skills — you can write outreach emails that get replies, not ones that get deleted
  • Ability to research prospects and tailor messaging based on their business, role, and pain points
  • Organized and disciplined — you can manage a pipeline, follow a cadence, and track your activity without being micromanaged
  • Technically capable — comfortable learning and working with CRMs, dialers, email outreach platforms, and other sales tools we provide
  • Self-motivated and competitive — you want to hit targets and earn uncapped bonuses
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Apollo, Instantly, or similar outbound platforms is a plus
  • Background in selling to SMBs, agencies, or healthcare/dental verticals is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with an aggressive, uncapped bonus structure tied to meetings booked and deals closed — top performers will earn significantly above base
  • All tools, tech, and prospect lists provided — you don't need to build anything from scratch
  • Clear playbooks and strategies to follow, with room to bring your own ideas once you're ramped
  • Ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your outbound skills
  • Flexible, remote work — work from anywhere
  • Long-term, full-time opportunity with a growing company — not a short-term gig
  • Direct exposure to high-ticket B2B sales cycles and performance marketing
