Role Description StoneX Pro’s FX Sales Team is the engine that drives our global customer reach and revenue. As an FX Sales Director at StoneX Pro, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing prospective customer relationships, and closing deals to meet ambitious sales goals. - Grow a book of institutional and commercial clients trading FX, focusing on clients such as brokers, banks, hedge funds, asset managers, & MSBs. - Focus on selling all products including spot, forwards, swaps, derivatives, and physical delivery where needed. - Leverage existing relationships to make a timely impact on revenue, building a proper foundation to help grow the existing mature business in the Americas. - Work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and overall customer experience, including onboarding, compliance, trading, and risk. - Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers by networking, attending industry events, and regularly updating and tracking the pipeline. - Cross-sell customers within StoneX Group. - Follow a sales lead management process in Salesforce, ensuring that lead information is up to date and accurate. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in sales and business development with a focus on foreign exchange. - Experience in operating within a global team and ability to operate successfully in a global matrix organization. - Strong understanding of the financial services’ technical landscape, particularly Institutional FX. - Proven experience with implementing sales tactics. - Competent and comfortable speaking with external clients to address their needs; personable, outgoing, and able to interact seamlessly with diverse audiences across many regions and businesses. - Proven ability to operate independently and as part of a team. - Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends and technology. - Experience of selling FX options is an advantage. Requirements - Strong client focus, with demonstrated ability to originate, implement, and grow client portfolios leading to an increase in revenue. - A team player who understands the concept of key stakeholders and works with a range of individuals, communicating with all levels of the business. - Successful track record in B2B revenue generation and client management. - Ability to operate within a global sales team and create information feedback loops to ensure that StoneX PRO products and services are in line with regional requirements. - Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness. - Excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with senior executives. - Proficiency with sales forecasting and budgetary processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
