• Lead integration of Cellcraft IQ at customer sites, connecting to bioreactor systems via Modbus TCP, OPC UA, and PROFINET • Design data pipelines for acquisition, cleaning and structuring of high-frequency sensor and process data • Integrate ML models with embedded controllers and supervisory control systems • Contribute to software architecture for scalable deployment of control and analytics systems • Work directly with customer technical teams to scope, configure, and validate deployments • Collaborate closely with Cellcraft's senior integration engineer (UK-based) throughout each deployment • Troubleshoot integration issues across diverse bioreactor OEM environments • Document configurations, integration steps, and site-specific setups for each customer • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during and after onboarding • Feed field observations and customer feedback back to the product and engineering team • May also include travel to customer facilities as required for on-site commissioning and support

• Strategic consulting & architecture design: Analyze existing business processes and develop scalable, future-proof Salesforce architectures. • Advise our clients on the optimal use of Agentforce and Salesforce Core Clouds (Data, Sales, Service & Experience Cloud) as well as adjacent technologies. • Technical responsibility & implementation: Design and develop end-to-end architectures following best practices, focusing on scalability and performance. • Technical governance and quality assurance in complex Salesforce projects. • Develop and optimize DevOps processes and tools based on modern technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines). • Close collaboration with internal and external onshore and nearshore development teams to ensure solutions are implemented optimally. • Support our sales team in tenders and proposal creation, including IT strategy, architecture design and effort estimation. • Identify technical trends and provide advice on the best technological solutions for our clients. • Mentor and coach consultants and developers within project teams. • Actively contribute to shaping our internal methodology and best practices for solution architecture.

• Own the solution side of the sales process across the full cycle, from qualification through close and expansion • Build and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept engagements that make the value concrete • Lead discovery workshops to surface real requirements; translate them into solution designs and WorkFusion business cases • Operate across multiple AEs and strategic accounts without losing depth or precision • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design new demos that solve real industry problems and align with our delivery approach • Bring field insight back into the organization proactively and consistently • Mentor other members of the solutions consulting team; share what you've learned from the field, from product updates, from what worked and what didn't • Partner with Marketing on industry events, analyst briefings, and webinars; serve as the voice of the customer on solutions-related materials • Define and influence go-to-market strategy for strategic partnerships; educate partner sales and solutions teams so they can carry the message independently • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics and apply that context directly in deals • Maintain deep platform knowledge through direct collaboration with product owners, engineering, and industry consultants
