Role Description Stefanini is looking for a Solutions Architect for Remote. The Architecture team has accountability for technology choices and solution design across multiple payment systems and payment systems modernization. This Architect is a technical leader responsible for: - Researching, analyzing, proposing, and architecting requirements-based products and solutions that align with the business and technological needs of the enterprise. - Collaborating with business stakeholders, technology providers, security, and other architects to develop technology and information architectures, solution designs, strategies, and roadmaps for payment systems. - Partnering with senior leadership of internal business lines, customer entities, Infrastructure provider, and peers to assist in the identification of business needs. - Shaping IT vision by offering appropriate strategic and tactical technical solutions to the business along with a transition roadmap & plan for realizing it. - Defining strategic direction in terms of technologies, standards, processes, and current/target state architectures across the enterprise. - Ensuring product level solutions adhere to strategic direction in terms of technologies, standards, processes, and current/target state architectures. - Working across technology, organization, and business to outline large transformation programs and collaborating with program leads and business lines to deliver on them. - Partnering with other Enterprise, Platform, Security, Data, and Infrastructure Architects to deliver best in class solutions. - Guiding the organization to incorporate architecture design patterns, system best practices, and standards in architecture, security, and infrastructure. - Evaluating new technologies and vendors that might be beneficial to the business line, conducting vendor evaluation, proof of concepts, MVP definition, and recommending solutions for improvement. - Demonstrating leadership and agility when responding to change or when working with ambiguity. Qualifications - 8+ years of architecture experience in a complex, multi-platform distributed environment. - Strong problem solving, oral and written communication skills including experience with executive presentations. - In-depth knowledge of current technology, industry standards and frameworks, information management & emerging technology trends and industry developments. - In-depth knowledge of Cloud technology, AWS, and API integrations. - Ability to relate architectural decisions and recommendations to business needs. - Strong organizational skills to lead competing and dynamic priorities, and multiple concurrent activities. - Desirable to have banking, financial or payment processing experience. Experience with real-time payment processing is preferred. - Experience defining future state strategy and architecture principles in support of business roadmaps. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and product centric execution models. - Experience developing reference architecture, principles, and standards. - Ability to drive ideas and influence stakeholders. - Ability in confident presentation and in writing for a variety of audiences. - Desirable to have Cloud certifications or experience. - Bachelor's in computer science, Information System, Systems Analysis or related experience.
