Role Description The State of Wisconsin DCF is looking for two (2) Data Warehouse Developer II's. - Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing ETL solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC). - Requires strong hands-on experience with Data Integration (DI), Taskflows, Mappings, parameter files, and reusable transformations to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines. - Manage metadata, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and drive continuous optimization within the IDMC and data warehouse environment. Qualifications - Moderate experience in data warehousing process design, development, performance & tuning using the Informatica data warehousing tool suite (4+ years). - Developing skills in the architecture of data warehouse and data integration strategies and solutions. - Knowledge in relational database technologies, e.g. Oracle, DB2, SQL Server (3+ years). - Strong data management and data analysis using SQL (4+ years). - Must have strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (3+ years). Requirements - Candidate MUST be physically located in the United States. International candidates/phone numbers will not be accepted. - Candidate must follow ALL DCF work rules. - Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am – 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager). - Candidate will be required to provide their own equipment for this position (See job description for required specifications). - Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. - 90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.

Reporting to the Active Transportation GIS and Data Specialist, the Sidewalk Data Specialist will play a lead role in strengthening data stewardship practices, representing the Active Transportation Division on a cross-divisional destination access analysis team, and integrating comprehensive statewide sidewalk data into WSDOT’s core business processes. In this term-limited role, the specialist will collaborate closely with internal partners to pilot and refine new data collection strategies for pedestrian infrastructure. Serving as a subject-matter resource, they will also support and train internal staff and external partners, including local agencies, on effective sidewalk data collection and use. The position works in close coordination with research partners responsible for the statewide pedestrian data resource, ensuring WSDOT’s procedures align with broader data stewardship goals. What to Expect Among the varied range of responsibilities held within this role, the Sidewalk Data Specialist will: - Lead implementation of pedestrian infrastructure data stewardship process improvements for the agency. - Develop and deliver training materials for internal staff and contractors responsible for piloting new data stewardship procedures.  - Initiate and monitor internal staff and contractor participation in the piloting of new processes, providing technical support as needed.  - Prepare an internal report following pilot completion that documents project outcomes and effectiveness. - Coordinate with members of Public Transportation Division and Multimodal Planning and Data Division in the design and implementation of a statewide destination access analysis.  - Lead active transportation data and policy integration on the destination access analysis project.  - Participate in project advisory group meetings.
