Data Entry Analyst

• Accurately enter and update student, employer, and program data across internal systems (CRM, LMS, spreadsheets, internal dashboards). • Audit records for completeness and accuracy, correcting discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary. • Maintain documentation standards to ensure data consistency across platforms. • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure high data accuracy rates (98–100% target).
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data operations, or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, data validation, basic formulas).
- Experience working within a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- High attention to detail with a track record of maintaining data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills.

• Enter new and updated customer and account information into the database • Compile and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry • Establish entry priorities to ensure efficient data processing • Review data for deficiencies and resolve them using standard procedures • Input alphabetic and numeric information according to screen format • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information • Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete • Purge files to eliminate duplication of data • Test system changes and upgrades by entering new data • Secure information by completing database backups • Follow organization's policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes • Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
